Benefits of Eating Healthy

Okay, here are proven benefits of eating healthy:

  1. Permanent weight loss – especially important for people who need to lose more than 20 pounds. Healthy eating will reduce the weight slowly and steadily without side effects.
  2. Never more following a diet. After you lose weight, healthy eating is the only way to keep the achieved results and never put on weight any more.
  3. More energy. This is my favorite healthy eating benefit, because once you learn how to combine foods you will feel more energy because your body will not struggle to digest “unnatural” foods and lose energy for this. You will feel alive and capable to manage more tasks and most important will start to enjoy your job and daily activities.
  4. Prevent diseases. You know food can be poison and cure – you chose which one to eat. Many diseases root from the poisons stored in the body during a long period of eating processed and unhealthy food. Usually people start to feel benefits of eating healthy after the first week, but after a six month course they are convinced to adopt healthy eating for life.
  5. Better sleep - You will sleep better and be more rested when you wake up.
  6. Never more feeling guilty because of eating. There is a big difference when you eat 2 burgers and 2 portions of lean chicken meat and 2 big salads. When you eat 2 burgers you stuff your body with bad nutrients and when you eat lean meat and vegetables you stuff your stomach with good nutrients. In the second case you can over eat because there are no poisons in the food respectively no bad side effects. But you will discover that once you start practicing healthy eating you will feel satisfied from food easier and quicker than eating bad and not healthy meals.
  7. Improve sex life. Women eating healthy foods report increase in their desire for pleasure along with more lively sex life.
  8. Heart disease. The ingredients we eat reach the body via digestive system and than go in the blood. And blood passes the heart. Can you see the relation – all we eat goes directly to the heart! You can’t immediately cure heart disease by eating healthy (it is obvious) but in the long run you can significantly improve the strength of the heart by not filling the body with poisons.
  9. Cleaning toxins. The body is remarkable machine. It has abilities to vitalize and self cure. The health problems appear when you constantly swallow not good food and you don’t give your body the chance to rest for a while from cleaning job. The result is that the body takes its rest by becoming ill. The rule is very simple – give your body rest or it will take it with force.
  10. Nice looking skin. The result of cleaning toxins is better looking skin. After only a week on diet, women report their skin become smoother and brighter.
  11. Cure cellulite. We all pray for this lol. Cellulite is fat stored mainly in the fat cells around the buttocks and legs. Once you start healthy eating, you will lose weight and at the same time cellulite will start to disappear. Simple!
  12. Cures PMS. Huh, this is very bad, isn’t it? PMS can kill your life for a week or even two! Most of the not healthy foods contain salt and saturated fat. Salt increases water retention and saturated fat are guilty for more estrogen in the body – these both make you feel crazy during the PMS.

I had a letter from a girl who followed a diet and she can’t stop telling me thank you not only for the loosen weight, but for the way people look at her.   14. Reduction of cholesterol. You know that there are 2 types of cholesterol – good and bad. One of the benefits of eating healthy is that you succeed to lower the bad one.
  15. Reduction of load on the liver and digestive system. Do you know that the most spent energy is for digesting and supporting life? The reason that people feel more alive after stop eating bad foods is that they have more energy. You can’t imagine the nimbleness and peace of mind when all your internal organs can function without the load of foods’ poisons.
