Healthy Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 oz of salmon
- 2 small or 1 bigger slices of whole grain bread
- 10 olives
Watch my video explanation of healthy salmon sandwich. It was funny because I had to shot this video 4 times, because my cat (Martina or just Marta) wanted to star in all videos.
First try – Marta came to taste the sandwich lol
Second try – listened to the background noise – my cats started to fight (this a kind of a game they like to play, but why so hard way, don’t know)
Third try – I didn’t know Martina is behind me, she suddenly rush to fight with Nomi (a black female cat who is participating in noises lol), finally I couldn’t resist and laugh.
Forth try – Everything looks good here

Salmon is one of the best sources of Omega 3 fatty acids. These healthy fats help prevent a wide range of medical problems, including cardiovascular disease, depression, asthma, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Carbs in the whole grained bread are good carbs and you can eat them in small portions during the day.
