			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">Salmon sandwich is one of my top choices when I am on weight loss diet, because it contains unsaturated fats, “good” carbs and protein.<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>4 oz of salmon</li>
<li>2 small or 1 bigger slices of whole grain bread</li>
<li>10 olives</li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p>Just put the salmon over the bread and eat along with olives. Simple, nutritious and healthy!<o:p> </o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Salmon is one of the best sources of Omega 3 fatty acids. These healthy fats help prevent a wide range of medical problems, including cardiovascular disease, depression, asthma, and rheumatoid arthritis.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Carbs in the whole grained bread are good carbs and you can eat them in small portions during the day.<o:p> </o:p></p>
