Many couples have difficulty getting pregnant despite of all kinds of fertility enhancers available nowadays. Maybe this is because of poor diet and exercise. Yes not all infertile couples have reproductive problems because some of them just don’t know the right diet for fertility and proper exercise that can increase the chances of getting pregnant.

There are a lot of things that can affect fertility but the right daily exercise and good fertility diet can also enhance a couple’s chance of conceiving. These things can also make a woman achieve a healthy full term when done properly. Check out some of these simple tips that can improve a woman’s fertility:

Proper Exercise

Too much exercise and lack of it can affect a woman’s fertility. So it is good for you to know proper and moderate exercises that can enhance your fertility. It is known that exercise can lose all the unhealthy fats we have and will help in maintaining the proper level of hormones needed for us to become healthy.

Some of the most advisable exercises that can improve a women’s fertility include yoga and meditation, swimming, cycling and walking. These exercises can be very advantageous for women who want to get pregnant, can remove stress and of course fun! So indulge in these exercises while you’re trying to conceive but remember not to overdo it. Undue amount of exercise can affect a woman’s period and level of leutenizing hormones that are indeed beneficial for pregnancy.

Suitable Fertility Diet

It will be beneficial for women who want to get pregnant to have a healthy diet. It can aid in having an ideal environment for babies when their labor is a success. It can also help in balancing the necessary hormones for the woman’s body that is perfect for conception. It will also keep and maintain your healthy weight. There are many “diet for fertility” foods that can assist women to improve their chances of conception.

a.Avoid processed foods – It is a known fact that processed foods can affect the body’s hormones. So it is ideal to avoid process foods when you want to get pregnant.

b.Eat fruits and vegetables – To enhance the reproductive system, women should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

c.Choose organic foods – Lots of fruits, vegetables and meat these days are grown with the help of pesticides, herbicides and other harmful elements. These things can nullify the nutrients that you can found on these foods. So as much as possible, look for organically grown foods in the market. They are quiet expensive but it’s worth it.

d.Fat is essential in the diet to increase fertility. Without it, the body’s systems will not operate normally. But keep in mind that some sources of fat are better than others and too much fat has adverse effects on the body. The same holds true for carbohydrates and protein. A reasonable fertility diet will include each of these in proper amounts, along with other important nutrients.

e.Intake of multivitamins is also recommended. Even the healthiest and most varied diet won’t essentially supply all of the vitamins and minerals that the body needs, so it is vital to ask your doctor on what kind of multivitamins can supplement your needs.

Eating the right foods, enough exercise and a healthy mind and body are important to enhance a woman’s fertility as well as overall health. Before losing hope it is always better to examine your standard of living first and the necessary changes to boost your chances of fulfilling your dreams to get pregnant.

Yoga improves stability and flexibility in elderly women. Recent study reported that elderly women increase their stability, develop flexibility and prevent falls after practicing yoga 2 times per week for an hour and half. On average women gained a centimeter in height.

These are results according to the findings of researchers at Temple University‘s Gait Study Center.

24 women aged 65 and older participate in the study. After the program finished women can walk faster using longer strides and feel more confident while doing activities.

Imagine if you start practicing yoga now and you are younger than 65? This could change the quality of your life quicker and with more benefits, because the younger you start yoga, more improvements you will feel.

I remember my first yoga class, it was late spring. I was very nervous, tired and nuts because of the hectic life (long working days, lack of rest and exercises). My girlfriend read an article in a new magazine about yoga school in our city.

At the beginning I was reluctant to try yoga because in my mind it was strange and difficult poses with no meaning to me. But my girlfriend insisted and I agreed to go with her. The yoga class was from 10.30 am and I had to call to my office that I will come to job afternoon (it was strange that I made this with absolutely confidence I have the right to go to the office late lol).

Than I met Nadia – my first yoga teacher – she is like an icon of Virgin Marry in my eyes, I was totally bewitched by her calmness and peace. From the moment I saw her, I felt good and I just opened myself to her words.

We did some yoga exercises (not tough at all). There are different levels of yoga and what we see in the movies and magazines is not what you will start to study in yoga class.

Usually at the beginners’ yoga class people study how to stand, how to move, how to bend … simple and easy exercises that significantly improve your flexibility and this happens without even knowing that you do something hard or complicated.

Now back to my first yoga experience. I was impressed not by yoga exercises (which I love now) but from yoga relaxation (later I understood it is a different yoga technique called Yoga Nidra). We lied and Nadia told us how to relax our bodies, what to imagine …I went out of my body and fly. I can’t explain in details this but it was like a very smooth voice leads you and your body disappears and you feel peace. It is also called “yoga sleep” and 1 hour of such yoga sleep is equal to 4-6 hours of regular sleep.

After this yoga relaxation I was a new person, smiled, confident and forget all the issues in the office. Than I continue to practice yoga classes for 2 years. I stopped, because Nadia went to India to recharge her yoga strength. But I still have audio CD with Nadia’s relaxation guide.
Here is a nice selection of <a href="http://www.yogadownload.com/default.asp?idkey=4B1192" default.asp?idkey="4B1192"" title="downloadable yoga classes" target="_blank">yoga classes if you want to try.

There is free downloadable trial, so you can try yoga for free and decide whether yoga is for you or not.

But honestly I believe yoga is for everybody and you can’t dislike it.

No matter what age you are you have to try even once yoga and decide for yourself the benefits and the feeling after.
