Hi Rumi! I found your website tonight and I think I've read every single page already! I am also battling cellulite and was wondering why coffee is bad for it? I drink only iced coffees, either black or with a little bit of soy milk. Is this bad too, or is it generally just the frappachinos?

Thank you!

Dear Rumi,

Thank you SO much for replying so fast! I am really excited about this new anti-cellulite project! I can't wait!

I am sure, like you said, that my cellulite has to do with my diet. Although I never eat fast food and never drink alcohol, I sometimes eat fat meat (possibly 2-3 times a week), and I have been drinking coffee since about three months ago. I also do have a very sweet tooth, so I eat sugar/cakes/pastries and sweet things very very often. I know this is very bad but it also is hard to stop because you can get addicted to sugar so fast!

Also, I don't know if this is important, but I eat a lot of pasta. (My family is Italian). I have heard that this can cause cellulite but always preferred to ignore this because I love pasta so much! However, I have noticed that cellulite is an awful problem for Italian women and my mother (who is German) does not have cellulite.

In a normal day I will eat whole wheat cereal for breakfast, a wholegrain sandwich with chicken and vegetables for lunch and either pasta with pasta sauce/stir-fry with chicken or pork or lamb and white rice/roast chicken or roast lamb with potatoes and vegetables or sometimes (but not often), grilled fish with potatoes and vegetales. I always cook with olive oil/sometimes butter. Recently I have started to drink 2 litres of water a day.

Then in the evenings I almost always get sugar cravings and sometimes binge on sweets/cake/pastries/chocolate...all the things that are bad for me! So as you can see, I eat quite healthy during the day but at night, 90% of the time I mess up and binge! Any advice on how to get rid of this sugar craving would be great!

Thank you again so much, Rumi! I really appreciate it :)
